TDS on ESOP COST recovery
A company is charging amount of ESOP COST to its subsidiary, for providing ESOP to its employees, what would be TDS implications in such a case.

Value the day ESOP given and value ESOP actual price listed on SEBI differance is gain , shall be added to your income for tax calculation. here section 111 or 112 not aplicable.
