Is TDS applicable on Tata sky yearly subscripttion for hotel use?

yes it is applicalbe u/s. 194c
yes under 194 c @ 2%
for fy 2018-19.
if one invoice above value 30000 and yearly above 100000 the only tds to be deducted.
