Tds on cash withdrawal
my client bank has deduct tds on cash withdrawal in current year, such tds amount can claim tax or refund in filling income tax return ?pls help sir

194N comes when a bank deducted TDS on withdraw of his customer when it's cross to the act limit when that person goes to file return for that he becomes client I don't think he wrote anything wrong
Fy 18-19 cash withdrawal exceed 1 crores, so fy 19-20 tds deduct, such amount can claim or adjust income tax return for fy 19-20
