Is TDS applicable u/s 194 J on Accountants salary??

194 J deals with TDS DEDUCTED ON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
TDS ON SALARY IS A DIFFERENT SECTION.

If it's salary then it will be calculate as per slab rate
