NO, you are not required to deduct TDS .

the amount you received ( i.e the full consideration ) must be already after 1 % TDS , you don't have to deduct additional TDS on that .

Yes we are receiving after 1% TDS that is our Transaction with our coustomer that is saparate transaction and as builder, this is saparate transaction with Land Lord.
