Tds not deductable in hotels
Park Hyatt Hyderabad did not allow to deduct the TDS for the rooms we have booked for our crew ment for film shoot can anyone answer this

Make payment through account payee cheque or other mode payment prescribed under section 40A(3) in order to avoid disallowance of the tarrif paid to the hotel for accommodation.
I have paid each and every transaction through my Bank only but still they deny to cut the TDS
