Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is calculated. If you've made payments totalling £99,000 and then a further £10,000, TDS will be calculated on the entire £109,000 from the start of the financial year. You cannot claim non-deduction was valid, especially if the contract value exceeds the threshold.

TDS Amount will be calculate on whole amount from beginning.

TDS will be deductible on Whole amount from 1st April...
TDS will be deducted on previous 99000/- amount alongwith TDS on 10000/- Payment.
There won't be any question for late TDS deduction or failure to deducts TDS earlier.

However the fact you will have to put forward when asked.

Suppose contract value itself is for 125000/- and then you can not say non-deduction was a valid.
