Tds late filing fee u/s 234e

Dear sir,

I have received notice for late filing of TDS return of Rs.4,200/- and late deposit of TDS challan of Rs.1,190/-.So now how much amount i have to show in fee under sec 234E.

I mean is it right if i show the total amount of Rs. 5,390/- in 234E ?

Please reply as early as possible.

my query is my company business is data printing & services i want to know we can take input of service tax , telephone bill, vehicle repairment, audit fees etc.

or only we can take input of service related nature of business company..

pls help me & clear my queries

Dear Sir

Notice payment 234E

1) 24Q return , we will select section 192 from dropdown list of 'NATURE of PAYMENT' field

2) 26Q return is applicable for so many section & how we will select more than one option from dropdown to pay late fees..

Example : 26 Q return is submitted combindly for 194A , 194B , 194C , 194H , 194I etc but how morethan one options / Section , we will select for payment of late fees.
