I m a bihar govt. employee.
Rs. 402 as tds is not credited in 26AS for AY 2016-17.
I efilled the ITR1 by adding a row with tds details Rs.-402 which is deducted by the employer.
kindly help and clarify the matter.
what should i do and what will the problems (if any).

Do you have TDS cerificate i.e. Form 16 issued by employer?
yes. i have form 16 part A and B with DDO signature
If the certificate issued by DDO suggests, TDS deduction....... you should not be worried.
It is responsibility of deductor to pay tax to Government.......
Check your form 16 again, it might have been rectified after that.........
Mostly the TDS claim will be rejected by ITD, and you will have to produce the copy of form 16 to sustain your claim.
Now what to do.

Nothing can be done now, and you have not done anything wrong.........wait for IT departments action....... till then (you all staff members) raise the issue with DDO for rectification of TDS return.
