Whether it included in salary i.e TDS applicable under the case;
if expenses incurred for training ( 2month) (only travelling & ta/da) and the same is reimbursed from institution by employee

Reimbursment is not a salary part
If you are given travelling allowance in salary then it will cover under income/salary for TDS purpose.
