We paid ocean import freight charges. The details are as follows.

Shipping line is in China

original carrier - Robinson FS is in China.

carrier ( Agent / Sister concern ) - Robinson's carrier (India ) Pvt.Ltd.
Mumbai

Freight Amt. 3000 USD.

Indian Amt.255000/-

Import ocean freight paid to Robinson's carrier (India ) Pvt. Ltd.
Rs.255000/-

My question is payment of ocean freight is liable to deduct TDs u/s 194C , Yes or not
