I have taken franchise of a restaurant chain. they have provided me their employess. what are the TDS implications if I am paying salary to the employees provided by them ?

Since you are paying salary, you should deduct TDS.
If salary is paid by you, then you may deduct TDS.
What is agreement between You n Frenchisee for employing staff?
Generally in case of frenchisee staff are on roll of service provider, n you will be required to deduct TDS
