there is some change in the change in the TDS deduction requirement for GTA (more than 10 vehicles cases ) please provide me some guidence about the same along with notification no. for the aforesaid change

Yes if Transporter having more than 10 vehicle please collect declatation from them and deduct 1% tds for indvidual and others 2%

Is their any change in the manner of presentation in TDS Return if we made payment to transporter and we are not deducting TDS becuase he does`t own more than 10 vehicle if yes , then please state the same .Thanks in advance .

Yes. you have to show in TDS return 0% deduction whoever not more than 10 vehicle. but you have to show total service charges value.if any doubt call me. 9844285925
