My friend's income for the A.Y. 2014-15 is exceeding the taxable limit after availing all eligible deductions under I.T. Act. His income includes salary & business income. His salary is below taxable limit. Can his emplyer deduct TDS on his salary, though it is below taxable limit ? Please reply.
