07 October 2013We are payment royalty to Foreign Company. If we deduct TDS as per DTAA, what are the procedure / documentation to be prepared.

Dear Deepak Ji
To my knowledge there is no extra formality at all for the said TDS..however
You have to submit form 15 CA and 15 CB while remitting amount to the party..
and regarding the percentages you have to refer to the relevant DTAA
Also you MAY have to obtain 1 extra doc from the party ..TRC(Tax residency certificate)
