Dear Expert,
I have deducted TDS from Employee's
but as per income slab TDS has been Short Deducted.
We have received notice from CPC.
But Employee's in Income return filling show total salary and pay all tax as a Self Assessment Tax.
case F.Y. 2016-17 and 2017-18
So how to resolve ?
If any clarification please explain step by step.

You can resolve this by submitting a Request for 26A/27BA on the TRACES portal. This process notifies the tax department that the employee has already discharged the tax liability, allowing them to waive the short deduction demand, subject to interest for the delay in payment.
