How to provide Form 16 for those employees whose salary is not reported under TDS return 24Q. Can we provide PART-A and PART-B manually.

Yes, its called salary certificate.
QUESTION is salary is not reported in quarterly statement filed in 24Q. so form 16A can not generated through online(TRACES SITE). Now what can i do. can i issue form 16 manually?
issue salary certificate. not required to issue form 16 since no TDS made.
company can give on its letter head mentioning the amount paid during the year as salary to employee.
But i suggest to include all person in TDS return so that you can provide from traces.
Yes, you can still get Form 16 with no TDS . Basically, Income Tax Form 16 is a certificate from your employer.
