Hi all,
We are taking up a Group Insurance policy from National Insurance Company for our staff. In this case, do we need to recover TDS from the Insurance company? Should we deduct 10% under 94J or 2% under 94C.
Kindly clarify at the earliest.

TDS provisions doesnot provide for deduction of TDS on premium paid to Insurance Companies
