We have taken Contract (inside Sales representative?)person from USA.He will give online service from USA only. October to December 2020. monthly we have to pay USD 2000. Should we 195 TDS (without pan)

Hi,
Yes you have to deduct TDS as per applicable rates. You have to obtain Form 15 CB from a Chartered Accountant and you have to file Form 15 CA and submit to the bank making remittance and Bank will make payment. If PAN is not there TDS to be deducted at 20% or rate as per Sec 195 whichever is higher.
