Whether TDS is applicable for Internet Lease line charges on monthly basis (Service Provider is M/s Tikona INfinet Limited per Month billing 28090 inclusive of Service Tax From Apr'13 to Nov'13 billed value is Rs 80k.
Question is - 2% TDS applicable or not (please mention the Section)
