Dear Professional,

Whether TDS is applicable for Internet Lease line charges on monthly basis (Service Provider is M/s Tikona INfinet Limited per Month billing 28090 inclusive of Service Tax From Apr'13 to Nov'13 billed value is Rs 80k.

Question is - 2% TDS applicable or not (please mention the Section)

  - 194B- Winning from lotteries / crossword puzzles
  - 194BB Winnings from horse races
  - 194EE – Payment from National Saving Scheme
  - 194F Payment for repurchase of units by UTI / mutual funds
