Sir/Madam,
while i am generating tds FVU.file i encounter the error i.e T-FV-3166 Invalid date of bank challan. Date prior to immediate previous financial year is not allowed, as this i have a challan dated 30.03.2019, plz suggest how can i adjust this date of challan in my etds filing.

You can use challan one year plus minus, Suppose you are filing for fy 2018-19 then you can use challan of FY 2017-18 or 2019-20
Then what will happen to these older challans then?
