You must have Traces deductor Login and also deductor login on IT portal.
Atleast IT portal deductor login is required if it is first time filit

May I know how to file Nil return on TDS (Nil TDS returns)
You can submit a declaration for non filing from the traces portal since NIL return can't be filed since you must have a valid challan file .csi to file any tds return
