When you have downloaded the file, you can import the same from the software that you are using. As the file is imported it will open with the help of the software.

See the default file is an Excel file which comes in a Zip file.

Just extract the same and open it.

For accesiing TDS fie, download RPU file version 2.8(its latest), from taht PRU which will be in zip format-extrat it, then u get folder -in that u click on PRU (circle symbol), from there u can give access option by browsing to the location where u have kept the excel file download by you,,, in this way u can access the file..

Steps to convert the Justification Report text file into an excel
1. Download the zip file from 'Requested Downloads' screen and save to your local machine
2. Unzip the file using Winzip. Password to unzip is 'JR_<TAN>_<Form Type>_<Quarter>_<FY>', e.g., JR_AAAAA1235A_24Q_Q3_2010-11. This will save the Justification Report as a text file
3. Download the macro utility for Justification Report from this screen
4. Double-click the utility, excel sheet will open
5. Click on 'Enable Content' in the warning message to enable macros
6. Select the Justification Report text file and the folder to save the output excel file and click on button 'Generate TDS CPC Justification Report'
7. The text file will be converted into excel spreadsheet and saved in the selected folder
Open the Justification Report excel file from the folder in which it has been saved
