I want to know if TDS limit under Sec 194J 30000 is basic or gross? with GST or without GST.

TDS will be calculate Basic amount.
But limit of 30k will be include with GST...

All tds limits are without GST

On basic amount, without GST, when GST charged separately.

Ohhhhhh.... okay okay.

What about if Payment Rs 30k to the professional...?
is tds applicable or not...?

Exact 30000 no tds But if 30001 then tds to be deducted on whole 30001 @ 10% excluding gst value

mmmmm good...
TDS will be deductible on basic value...
But, The limit of 30k will be calculate on the bill/payment value...

No 30000 limit to be seen excluding gst only
