Hello Jatin,

The amount shown in 26As is excess, as the income which has been not earned by you and also TDS deducted on the same.

Simply ask the party to revise their TDS return and you can file our return as per your true income

Dear Saurabh,

Thanks for your quick reply but party refused our request for revise return (Some Business Disputes) therefore i claimed TDS amount according to form 26AS but income shown actual in income tax return & balance sheet.

Regards

Then the income tax shall send you a notice u/s 143(2) and raise your income with the difference between your actual income and 26AS.

Ok Sir,

What will i do

You will have to pay the difference, or else you should show your income as per 26as and tds as well

Dear Saurav,

Thank you very much.

Please guide me if tds claimed by us in income tax return according to our calculation as per our income. It is Ok (Not claimed according to 26AS)

Regards

Yes,

But if in future there is any notice from income tax do you have proof of your income and TDS

Dear Saurav,

Again thanks Sir, but tds mismatch problem ho jayegi

In Case how file income tax return & how to show

Regards

Agar apni party se revise TDS return nahi file ho sakta hai, then itbwould be better that you show your ITR as per 26AS.

Means Income b whi lelo and Tds bhi wahi lelo.

Or else kaha Income tax walo ko samjhate phiroge k matter kya hai

Thank you very much Sir

Thanks Sir
