Repairs & Maintenance(Individual) Bill amt Rs.86000/- Not deducted TDS for the month of Oct'21.Next Month How much Tds amt deduct with interest sir?

Here it's an individual bill.
So rate of tds deducted @ 1.5% is not correct . per month. It's an aggregate bill of Rs.86000. rate is not correct.

Tds rate is 1% ( 1% of 86000 )..Interest rate is 1.5%..

 

Please confirm the above understanding to the querist.
