TDS Deposit date for 31 March

Respected Sir,



What is the last date for payment the TDS for brokage bill dated 31/03/08?



I have heard that the TDS can be paid on or before filing date as per Supreme Court Judgment. That means TDS can be paid after 31 May but before the returns filing date. Kindly confirm. If any one is having this judgment copy, kindly give.
