IF ANY DEDUCTOR HAS TO PAY INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENT OF TDS OF TWO QUARTERS OF ONE FINANCIAL YEAR.
CAN THE DEDUCTOR PAY IT BY USING ONE COMMON CHALLAN FOR THE TWO QUARTERS??

Yes, you can but better to pay separately.
if comman challan already paid for two different quarter ?
Not to worry, consume the same in different quarters.
I have adjust in single quarter by rectifying date of payment
No One Challan can be consumed in one quarter only.
