threshold limit of section 194J is greater than 30000 so it is not necessary to deduct TDS....
Yes... You can deduct tds for that bill.

Bill is Rs.30000 including GST n TDS is deducted u/s 194J if bill exceeds Rs.30000,so ,TDS need not to be deducted in this case.

Dear sir

If you are receiver the amount then how you deduct TDS TAX ?

you need not pay TDS in this case

Please read query carefully.TDS is deducted by those who made payment of bill.

Dear Sir,

Your statement that " TDS is deducted by those who made payment of bill" is correct. But please see query

In the Query Receiver is asking should i deduct the TDS. It is wrong.

Those Who made payment of the bill will be deducted the TDS. so in my Reply above have given as below :

If you are the Receiver of the amount how you deduct the TDS ?

you need not pay the TDS in this case.

So Please observe my Reply

Thanking you

Dears.,

Querist not received payment. He received Bill Rs. 30k...

should i deduct TDS on the bill means ? here who is I.

Here the Querist is "I"....!

If I is Querist. Querist is Receiver of the Bill. then "should i deduct TDS ? " means. Receiver of the bill can deduct TDS in your point of view

Who is paying the money will deduct the TDS. Querist did not deduct the TDS.

Dear.,

Receiver of the "BILL" dear....Not Payment.

(I Have received a bill INR 30000./- including GST - By Querist / Query)
- He will pay against the BILL....
