Tds deduction
A LLP entered in a contract with a professional service provider for consultancy services now in which section firm deduct TDS i.e U/s 194C or u./s 194J

Professional services, even under a contract, is covered under section 194J hence taxable @ 10 % .
For professional services TDS is deductible u/s 194(J) @ 10% even if cantract is signed for such services.
