An assessee has income of Interest on FDR from bank for an amount more than 10000 . Bank has deducted Tds on such interest @ 20% by replying that PAN not furnished but actually PAN was furnished. Now they are not ready to revise their TDS return. Should I claim such amount as TDS deducted in ITR. Bank is ready to give form 16A.

if bank is not revising their TDs return so claim that tds on your itr which is deducted by bank and shown in 26AS
No...

If TDS return not revise them the amount can't accounted in Your PAN. after that Your filing fall under mismatch...
Ask again and again for revise the TDS return to the bank. Otherwise complaint to bank ombudsman...
Even if they don't revise, should I claim in ITR.
