first of all you cant calim tds coz your tds didnt deposit by your deductor.
Is there any provision under income tax act for such type of problem of non deposite of TDS. Now what should i do for claiming TDS.
u can force to your deductor for deposit tds nothinelse.
TDS is refundable which is not deposited by company than can i file belated return for claim of refund of TDS. My tax liability is below Slab rates. if company ready to deposite TDS than can i claim in this AY i.e.2013-14.
if you are sure that company will deposit TDS then go ahead claim TDS and file your return with TDS details.
Else first let the company deposit TDS and then file your belated return.
Interest has to be paid @ 1.5% for 4 Month i.e from April to July......
