TDS deducted, but income not taxable

My annual income is aprox 2,00,000. I have a FD of 2,00,000 and the aprox interest is Rs. 13,279. Bank has deducted TDS Rs. 1,328.
now what should I do, as my income is below tax slabs and not taxable.

Yes... You can file Your ITR and Claim refund for the TDS amount.

 File a ITR returns,(better is ITR4) calculate IT tax to be paid (which may =0) as per your say, fill values  TDS deducted, so that compute tax amount as refund , give your bank details, it will be refunded so

If your income is non taxable and below limit you should submit form 15 G to your bank.tds will not be deducted but if it has been deducted you will have to file your return and claim refund for the tds amount.

You have to file income tax return and claim tds before 31st july.
