Tds deducted @ 20% due to non submissionof pan
sir, i have a query on tds. my client received insurance claim from insurance comapny. client not having pan card at the time of payment received. insurance comapnay has deducted 20% tds on the amount. now my client have pan card. what i do? please guide me. thanking you.

You need to file income tax return if you want to claim TDS deducted as a refund. There is no other option to get the amount back.
