Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the TDS deduction rate when an individual is the recipient and a company is the dealer. The consensus is that if the transaction falls under Section 194C of the Income Tax Act, the deduction rate is 2%. If it falls under Section 194Q, a different percentage applies, and more details about the specific services are needed to confirm.

2% need to deduct
If it is covered under section 194C of income act then then 2% .

If it is covered under 194Q then different % is applicable
