TDS Deducation

Dear sir

my company is deducation the tds on 10% is it correct or not

Product rate                                                        150000

software                                                                75000

total                                                                      225000

service tax @ 10% on 75000                            7725

local vat @ 4%                                                     9309

grand total is                                                     242034

my dout is tds deducated only on (75000+7725=82725*10%=8273) in the amount is deducted is corrected or not

customer paid the amount is 242034-8273=233761 is paid
