We have received rent income after TDS deduction. But the the tenant has not deposited the TDS yet. As a result it is not showing in my form 26AS. Can I still claim the TDS deducted in my ITR filing?

Get TAN N FILE.BUT RETURN PROCESS WILL BE TAKEN AS PER 26AS.
