Hi,

I have recd tds notice for diff. of int amount on late payment, i have paid the int amount. now my question is, should i mention int amount of challan paid in annex of deductee entry coloum of correction statement ? should i mention deductee entry for which this short int amount notice has been sent to me.?

Pl guide in the matter?

Dear Sir,

Just enter the challan in the correction statement and write the interest amount in interest (as per Deductee annexure) . No need to write deductee entry.
