i have received rs 2 lacks from a nursing home in fy 2010-12 (ay 2011-12), but they have deposited rs 70000 as TDS on last week of july 2011 after i hve sumitted the return paying tax on rs 2 lacks. Nursing home authority is saying that they are maintaining merchentile method and rs 5 lack is "payable". Now how can i show the tds deduction in ay 2012-13 in shedule tds 2 ?

whatsoever is happened, is one year old, and you had to claim the same in last year return by showing the fees receivable,
if you have filed return within due date then revise the same with full TDS claim. its not possible to claim in forthcoming years. ( i.e tds of 11-12 can not be claimed in 12-13)
