Can we claim TDS after due date filing for AY 2022 - 23 ?

Have you filed ITR earlier for the AY 2022-23?

File offline application for condonation of request for filing ITR u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act, with your Jurisdictional ITO.
After its approval you can file ITR online, and can claim refund.
