SIR While e-payment of TDS, I have wrongly selected Assessment year:15-16 instead of Ay:16-17. I have even submitted a letter to ITO regarding the above correction two days ago. By what time will it get rectified?? will it effect my TDS return???

yes it will affect if its not corrected by ITO before the TDS return is processed. you can file for rectification of TDS return once its corrected by ITO if the order has passed before correction of Challan
