TDS Challan Number

We have received the intimation letter from Traces for Short deduction i.e.actually 2% to be deducted but we have deducted 1% only. Now we are going to make the payment for the same. Kindly confirm which type we have to select in the challan 200 (TDS payable by Taxpayer) or too (TDS Regular Assessment raised by IT department)
