TDS calculations on Salary
o have to calculate TDS on salary. i want to know that for salary calculation, we have to take gross salary or net salary ( after PF, mediclaim, PT deduction)

The employer deducts TDS based on the employee's net taxable income, i.e., gross taxable income minus tax-saving deductions (as declared by the employee) under sections 80C to 80U.
We can take Deduction of home loan principal paid & interest paid & limit
Yes all the deduction for which proofs are furnished by the employee has to be considered by the employer while calculation of TDS
