Recently we have made a payment for receving food from outdoor catering enterprise. We have placed the order for supply of food for lunch. My question is whether TDS is deductible at the time of paymenty ? Plz rply ASAP

Yes TDS deductible u/s 194C.whether service portion is mentioned or not is not relevant for tds u/s 194C but if the total amount of meal exceeds the threshold limit u/s 194C then tds is applicable in this case.
