Dear,
1) Plz tell me if any service bill made with service tax then TDS is applicable.
2) I am availing service of Export / Import and person made bill including service tax then TDS applicable. if tds applicable, so in which head/ Plz tell me in detail.
NO TDS is to be deducted on service tax.Please refer the judgement as attached.
