TDS applicability on share of fee paid by hospital to diagnostic centre

As per the contractual agreement, share of fee paid by hospital to the diagnostic centre (which is firm/individual).

with reference to above said statement, which tds section would be applicable on such fee paid by hospital to the diagnostic centre.

If it is for lab testing charges then its professional work .

Tds will be applicable under section 194J at the rate 10%

Testing is should require professional qualifications.Only professionals does the testing .


Which section mentioned in the agreement ?
Is it 194C ?
