hi everybody!! my name is krishnasai. i want to know whether tds is applicable for catering services like tea and coffee consumed on a regular basis. if so pls tell me the section no so that i can refer it.

TDS is applicable on catering service under sec. 194C. How ever I fail to understand, how consumption of tea or coffee on regular basis can be treated as catering service.
No TDS On Tea & Coffee
But If provided by a 3rd party tds on contract applicable
