Tds applicability ?

Dear Sir,

I recently started Sand buisness in Andhra Pradesh. I am purchasing sand from other lorry owners on per Tonn Basis. I am seeling sand to my clients per Tonne Basis. Whiles Sales, my debtors are  not deductin Tds deductions and paying me with GST. all my sand purchases are from Un registered dealers. In this case do i need to pay TDS on sand purchase. If yes, Please specify under which section do i need to pay TDS.
