How TDS Deducted on Solar Power Supplier (Solar Unit) Bills?

If seperate bills are issued for installation charges and material supplied then only TDS will be on istallation charges
normally you will receive single bill charging GST @ 5% , as for solar material GST is 5% and for installation charges GST is 18% so supplier will charge both bills seperatly
