but interest amt is less than 10,000.
so tds is not attracted
but the sheet is protected yaar

No matter of TDS because of provision of Rs. 10000/-.
If interest amount exceeds Rs.10000/- then TDS is attracted.
The threshhold under section 194A is for Banking Companies is Rs. 10,000/-.
And Hence, NO TDS would be deducted
